In response to this problem, the company reorganized the construction process. A detailed construction sequence plan was formulated to clarify the sequence and acceptance standards of each construction link. After the construction of each link was completed, it was strictly inspected in accordance with the acceptance standards. Only after the acceptance was qualified, the construction personnel of the next link could enter the site for work. At the same time, a communication and coordination mechanism for the construction links was established, and different construction teams communicated in advance to ensure smooth construction connection. Through these measures, the construction process became more standardized and orderly, the connection between each link became closer, the project efficiency was greatly improved, and the total construction period was significantly shortened.
