About placing an order
Curtain wall and door and window products are large customized products and cannot be sold for the second time. Before you place an order, please fully communicate with our customer service about your exact needs. After confirming the order contract and signing and sending it back, we will rush to cut the materials and produce them as soon as possible. However, since the manufacturer needs production costs to cut the materials, we need to collect your production deposit. We hope that you can cooperate to confirm the virtual receipt online in advance. After the financial verification is received, your order information will be fully entered into the factory ERP system and officially produced according to the production process. About delivery
The actual delivery will be made within 20-35 days after you confirm the receipt online. Customized products require a certain production cycle, and will vary due to different customization details. About measurement
Customers within the scope of door-to-door service can make an appointment for measurement after meeting the measurement conditions; the measurement master will contact you 2 days in advance during the appointment time, and will come to the door to measure the scale at the appointment time. If you measure by yourself, please measure according to the method provided by the customer service and measure the size accurately to millimeters.
About logistics, our products are all valuable and large items, so we choose a dedicated logistics company to deliver this product. The online quotation does not include freight. Please consult the customer service for the corresponding freight before purchasing.
About returns and exchanges
Curtain wall doors and windows are customized products with certain special features. If any problems arise, you can contact us directly to negotiate and resolve them. As long as the order has not been measured and produced, you can return or exchange the goods without reason. If the customer requests a return, exchange or change after the order is placed, the cost will be borne by the customer. If our store has provided services (including but not limited to door-to-door measurement and design drawings) and the customer does not ultimately make a deal, our store has the right to charge the corresponding service fees, which shall be subject to communication with customer service.
