This leads to inefficient construction and makes it difficult for project quality to reach higher standards. For example, in the curtain wall installation process, the traditional manual installation method is used, which not only consumes a lot of manpower and time, but also makes it difficult to ensure the installation accuracy.
In order to improve engineering efficiency and quality, we actively promote technological innovation management. We organized technical personnel to research and study new curtain wall construction technologies and introduced advanced curtain wall installation equipment and processes, such as using mechanized installation equipment to install curtain wall panels. At the same time, construction workers are encouraged to put forward suggestions for technical innovation and rewards will be given for adopted innovative results. Through technological innovation, construction efficiency has been greatly improved, installation accuracy has been significantly improved, and project quality has reached a higher level. At the same time, the construction period has been shortened, bringing greater competitive advantages to the project.
